Peroni s.p.a., headquartered in the
Via Monte Leone n. 93, 21013 Gallarate, as "Titular" of the
treatment, informs you on the use of the personal data that
you will communicate with the registration, source of such data.
1) Personal data are treated within our normal activity
for the following finalities:
a) fulfilment to specific applications and possible execution
of consequential obligations due to contracts stipulated with
us;
b) fulfilment of obligations of law.
2) Regarding such finalities we inform you that, if the
personal data communicated by you will be used for the execution
of performances requested by you or to comply to obligations
of law, your consent is not necessary.
3) Personal data that you will give us won't be communicated
to third persons, with the exception of those developed for
our account and/or our interest connected activity or of support
to ours.

activity of our products and services and for the possible survey
of your satisfaction in comparison to the same; in relationship
to these activities, that will be effected in the eventuality

the religious convictions, the political opinions, health's
state, sexual life, etc.) and from those "judicial". Particularly,
the treatment effected by us is related to the data in the registration
form only, such as the name, the address, the data of personal
identification, the interest toward categories of our products,
etc.. For such reasons we beg you not to communicate us your
personal "sensitive" and/or "judicial".
5) The treatment of the personal data is made through
manual tools, computer and web tools with formality that guarantees
the safety and the reservation of the same.
6) We inform you that the law about protection of the
personal data confers you the possibility to practice specific
rights, particularly, to get:
a) the confirmation of the existence or not of data that concern
you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an
intelligible form;
b) information around the origin of personal data, the finalities
and the formalities of the treatment as well as the logic applied
in case of treatment effected with the aid of electronic tools;
c) indication person responsible of the treatment of the personal

d) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or
the block of the data treated in violation of the law, as well
as the updating, the rectification or, when you have you interest,
the integration of the data.
7) You can also oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the
treatment of the personal data that concern you. You can oppose
besides to the treatment of personal data for the reasons of
dispatch of advertising material or direct sale or for the conclusion
of market searches market or commercial communication.
8) Peroni s.p.a. named as person responsible, in case
of exercise of the mentioned rights, the chief executive pro
