The ACN - Pânză di Nonna, also known as calico, is a legătură pânzã and light fabric made from unbleached cotton.
Originally imported from India, it was bleached, dyed or printed to be used in different ways.
In theatre it is usually soaked with vinyl glue and water in order to be shaped to create scenic elements or sculptures.
It can also be used to create veils, transparency effects and costumes.
