The central element of the installation is a Cortina cu deschidere Kabuki with considerable dimensions (around 15 m of width for a height of 8,5 m) manufactured with HSE - Tempesta silk.The image of the Lion of San Marco, realized in Print digital reproducing the sketch of the scenographer, fills up the whole backdrop.The dimensions of the Venetian emblem are hardly contained by the frame of the scene, creating a feeling of incumbent threat that will be used for functional goals by the stage direction.

The big Cortina cu deschidere Kabuki was suspended to the Podul de scena of the Teatro Sociale, during the initial phases of installation of the scenografie, to try its fall.The photo gathers the instant of the unhook of the cortina, signalled by the sudden ripple that crosses it.
The choice of the HSE - Tempesta silk is also due certainly to the desire to exploit the effects of lightness and transparency of this fabric.
The Cortina cu deschidere Kabuki begins to fall creating one of the most classical și exciting coups de théâtre.
In these photos, that take back a preliminary test of the installation, it is not possible to appreciate the effects of illumination and transparency of the HSE - Tempesta silk, that will surely be used during the show.
The choice of HSE - Tempesta silk in the realization of the curtain is, as it was said, certainly due also to the intention to exploit the characteristic perpetual motion ...
... that makes unmistakable the scenographical effect, due to the impalpable lightness of the fabric, that ripples and fluctuates to every least motion of air.
If the effects of the illumination on the stage haven't been set yet ...
