Traveller curtains

custom systems

In the Traveler opening the two tails of the curtain flow, thanks to special carriers, along a track system suspended on the top, behind the proscenium arch, opening the curtain from its center and discovering the stage. The Track systems for Traveller curtains are custom realized in endless variations, depending on the size and the weight of the curtain.

The Traveller curtain is composed of two central opening tails or of a single side opening tail.
The opening movement is carried out by sliding the curtain along a track by means of special carts at which the curtain is hung.
With the central opening, each half of the curtain is collected from the center towards the respective side of the proscenium, with the lateral opening it is collected from one side towards the opposite one.
With a special variant of the mechanical system it is possible to make that the traction of the curtain during opening comes from the side towards which the curtain must be collected, rather than from the center.
The Traveller curtain is normally made with vertical fullness, but the flat making can also be used.
The Traveller curtain is compatible with the Swag opening and Fly and swag opening systems, to use it with them it is sufficient to equip the curtain with the appropriate cables with guide-rings on the back side.
