The booth at the end of the installation.Of the skeleton made of 7QX25 - Square trusses 25 cm, completely covered by panels of black wood, doesn't slip out even the smallest detail.
The linearity, the redoubt range of the colours (black, white and tones of grey) that are a neutral background to the yellow of the trademark of the firm, the presence of stylized elements that recall the flowing doors of the furnishings of Japanese tradition, and the discretion with which this last is quoted, witness both the ethnic and cultural origin of the designer and the inevitable influence that he picked up from the western design - Makio Hasuike has been working in Italy since 1963.
The white grill of the light diffusers, that overhang the area and illuminate it with a definite but not intrusive presence, were realized covering with the candid fabric APO - Pelle Ovo some special parallelepipeds built with transparent plexilass.
The thirty small backdrops made of APO - Pelle Ovo that covers the bright diffusers were finished up with velcro along the whole perimeter, to allow the installers to comfortably, quickly and effectively extend them on the plexiglass parallelepipeds. To notice how much discreet is, almost treated with nonchalance, also the exposure of the business products - faucets, showers and blowpipes - to underline that the exclusive design is destined to a clientele that doesn't appreciate the noise and the ostentation.
The APO - Pelle Ovo is a fabric of classical theatrical extraction, for a long time used in the scenes to realize back-lighted silhouettes and games of Chinese shades.
The furnishing of the booth also used various squared pillows covered with the fabric ARI - Reps Ignitex black.

The booth planned by the studio of the Japanese designer Makio Hasuike for Cristina Rubinetterie was among the more admired of the Cersaie 2008, the bolognese exhibition devoted to the ceramics and the furnishing for the bathrooms.
The project is characterized by the dark and definite lines that elegantly articulate the vertical spaces, that are set in contrast with the diffused illumination that spreads from the horizontal lines of the coverage.
