EVV - Velo 20 is a thermo-adhesive fiseline, that is a polyamide resin veil used in the creation of costumes as an interlining to slightly stiffen the fabrics (collars, cuffs, etc.).
It is interposed between two layers of fabric which are then ironed at 130-150 ° C without steam.
Ironing causes the resin to melt and once cooled, it permanently bonds the layers of fabric, stiffening them slightly.
