The big valance with the emblem of the theatre, a female face turned to the sun.
The ceiling of the hall, painted by the Italian decorator Giuseppe Carmignani who painted the circles with allegoric figures alternated with the portaits of Verdi, Wagner, Mozart, Donizetti, Meyerbeer, Bellini, Gounod and Rossini.
The Teatro El Círculo is a theatre ''all'italiana'' with a horseshoe-shaped hall with four tiers of boxes and a gallery, 1.476 seats.

Amongst the most important of Argentina, it was attended by Tito Schipa, Enrico Caruso, Beniamino Gigli, Richard Strauss, Igor Stravinsky.
