The close distance makes visible the mesh of the white BGO - Gobelin Tulle. Teatro alla Scala, ''Madama Butterfly''
The backdrop made of black BGO - Gobelin Tulle has a width of 16,5 m and a height of 11,4 m. The symbols of the zodiac have been painted by Paolino Libralato. Teatro La Fenice, ''Otello''
The BGO - Gobelin Tulle backdrop is illuminated here with red light that puts in evidence the painted subjects. Behind the choir, thanks to a blue illumination, the same zodiacal subjects appear painted on a backdrop made of ASC600S - Sceno Muslin width 600 cm - Flame retardant. The transparency of the tulle creates a auperimposition of the images that have been painted on the two layers. Teatro La Fenice, ''Otello''
The television monitor ''American Fifties'' style is obtained with the projection of its frame on a big backdrop made of white BGO - Gobelin Tulle. The figure that circles in air is projected both on the same backdrop and on a second backdrop made of black BGO - Gobelin Tulle, installed in a rearward position at a short distance from the first one, of which it strengthens the intensity of the projection duplicating it in a more vanished way with a great stage effect. Teatro San Carlo, ''Candide''
In the pictures in which the tulles are used it is often difficult to identify the overlap of the scenography layers, and, actually, this confusion is often exploited with great skill by the scenographers to mix the layers with extraordinary effectiveness. In this case, the red mantled big female bust and the big ideograms are painted on the beige background of a backdrop made of BGO - Gobelin Tulle. The characters of Cio-cio-san and Suzuki, with their parasols are immediately behind, as well as the Japanese separé panels on the right. On the left, it can be seen in trasparency a ASC1000S - Sceno Muslin width 1.000 cm - Flame retardant backdrop painted with some smaller ideograms and with a stylized landscape. Teatro Verdi, ''Madama Butterfly''
Open weave flame retardant cotton scrim. Lightweight and semi-transparent.
Available in 2 widths and in 4 different colours, including the new hologram grey.

BGO - Gobelin Tulle is a very stable and durable scrims, thanks to the trapezoidal mesh that doesn't deform even if submitted to light tensions.
It's slightly less dense than BSU - Supergobelin Tulle and consequently it looks a bit more transparent.

The 6 point/3 thread weaving construction of this tulle fabric provides also an higher surface for painting and projecting, without affecting the transparency to light and sound.

BGO - Gobelin Tulle is commonly used for magnificent printed/painted backdrops, ceilings, projection screens, sound transparent covering and every situation that requires light trasparency effects (bleed through effect).
