1Z06 - Transmission for Ø 20 mm cord

1Z06 is a rope transmission system designed to improve ergonomics and control in manually operated track-mounted curtain systems (Traveller curtain).

Mounted directly onto the Atlas track track, the device connects the overhead Ø 8 mm operating rope loop to a second vertical loop made from a larger diameter control cord, providing improved grip and more comfortable manual operation.

The system is particularly suitable where the standard Ø 8 mm operating rope becomes uncomfortable or impractical to use due to the weight or size of the curtain and drapes being moved.

In addition to improving ergonomics and grip, the transmission system introduces a more advantageous transmission ratio compared to direct operation, resulting in smoother movement and reduced operator effort.

The operating loop is made from black Ø 20 mm polyester braided cord and forms a continuous custom-made loop without visible joints.

The system is completed by 1Z07 - Adjustable Floor Pulley, designed to guide the vertical control cord and facilitate proper tensioning. The pulley is floor-mounted in line with the 1Z06 transmission pulley and features vertical adjustment with 380 mm travel.
