The brothers Andrea, Eugenio, and Luigi Biondo, cosmopolitan Palermitan entrepreneurs, entrust the design of a new theater to the engineer Nicolò Mineo.
1903
The Teatro Biondo is inaugurated by the famous Ermete Zacconi, an event that immediately makes it the Palermo prose theater par excellence.
1978
Under the direction of Pietro Carriglio, the theater begins producing shows independently and on a non-occasional basis.
1986
The Associazione Teatro Biondo is established, and the theater becomes the headquarters of the Teatro Stabile di Palermo.
