1Z - Hand Line Pulleys

1Z01 - Adjustable floor pulley Designed to guide and tension the control rope on the ground.The pulley groove is sized for ropes with a diameter of Ø8 mm.It is fixed to the floor using 4 wood screws or anchors, depending on the type of surface.The rope tension can be manually adjusted using two knobs, which allow the pulley to slide along specific slots with a stroke of 200 mm.

1Z02 - Weight floor pulley Single wheeled pulley equipped with a snap hook for attaching a ballast (not included), usually a 5 or 10 kg sandbag.The pulley groove is sized for ropes with a diameter of Ø8 mm.It is generally used where it is not possible to fix a permanent pulley to the floor.

1Z03 - Spring loaded floor pulley Fixed floor pulley equipped with traction spring to maintain a costant tension of the rope.The pulley groove is sized for ropes with a diameter of Ø8 mm.Supplied as standard with eyelet screw for wooden floor fixing.On request, it can be equipped with a different type of fixing screw.

1Z04 - Floor pulley with foot stirrup Suspended pulley at floor level, with a stirrup tensionable by foot pressure.The pulley groove is sized for ropes with a diameter of Ø8 mm.Provided with two holes for floor fixing, if needed.

1Z06 - Rope adapter device Interface device between the overhead rope (Ø8 mm) and the vertical control loop (Ø20 mm) rope.Recommended for systems where a firmer and more comfortable grip is required during manual operation.Designed for use with the Atlas track, in combination with the floor pulley model 1Z07.The control rope is supplied as a custom-made continuous loop, made of Ø20 mm black polyester braid.

1Z07 - Adjustable floor pulley Designed to guide and tension the control rope on the ground.The pulley groove is sized for ropes with a diameter of Ø20 mm.It is fixed to the floor using 4 wood screws or anchors, depending on the type of surface.The rope tension can be manually adjusted using two knobs, which allow the pulley to slide along dedicated slots with a travel of 380 mm.

All metal parts of the pulleys are treated with high-quality powder coating, providing them with a durable and long-lasting finish.
